SASA WANYAMA ANAFANYIWA NINI HAPA? SOMA MWENYEWE


With three weeks in training at White Hart Lane, Kenyan international midfielder Victor Wanyama has been promised serene fitness environment in a bid to be fit for the upcoming league action.
Tottenham Hotspur will start their 2016/17 season against Everton on Saturday August 13 and manager Mauricio Pochettino believes that Wanyama who joined the club from Southampton in June will be a major asset especially if he is fit.


In this regard, he confirmed to the club’s official website that the Kenyan midfielder will be facilitated with proper tools to help him keep fit during training sessions.
"Victor is very happy, excited and very motivated about the new challenge he has here. We’re happy as well because he’s an important player and a player who wants the best. We will provide him with the best tools to arrive at the start of the season really fit."
Pochettino was speaking after engaging in a closed door friendly match against Fulham where his side went down 0-1. Wanyama and fellow new signing Vincent Janssen all featured for Tottenham Hotspur.
