The ongoing devolution conference happening at Kakamega has turned out sour for the Kirinyaga County Deputy Governor.
The deputy was caught having an affair with another man's wife. He was forced to strip naked before slaps landed on his dear chicks.
Kirinyaga DG was yesterday forced to undress at his hotel room in Kakamega by the thugs who came in with the lady.
The National Police Service is requested to beef up VIP security to avoid any further similar unfortunate incidents.
