Born, raised and schooled in mariakani. Then later studied Electrical/IT. Got into serious showbiz as an artist and was doing cercular music then later become a deejay for a period of 2 years. In 2014 he started emceeing and has been doing events around kenya eg Masaku 7s after party. He also did a gig in Kisumu where he met with Ugandas who loved his services and he was taken to Uganda to emcee in Birthday party where he made friends till date they link up often. His name is MIKE NDERITU aka MC MIKE.
In 2014 he got nominated as MC of the year Pwani Celebrity Awards but he never won the award. He kept pressing on going round Kenya and giving out the best to his fans.
In the year 2016 MC Mike got signed by one of the best and biggest artist management company in Nairobi known as ROYAL PROJECT MANAGERS where plenty of projects are underway.
His talent came into light and he was accepted in many corners of the country something which gave him an opportunity in YOUTH TV KENYA where he hosts a Programme known as REAL STARS TV SHOW where he has a broader weight of fans.
In 2016 again he stepped a bit higher and managed to be nominated as the Emcee of the year in Xtreem Awards 2016 where he won the award.
We talked to him and he said that he was very happy to have represented coast arts in Nairobi saying that its not always for Coasterians to make it in Nairobi showbiz. "This is just the beginning and I believe that in coast we got so much talent and our time to show the world what we have has come, on the other hand the likes of SUSUMILA, ALLY B, NYOTA NDOGO among others are also doing well to flying our flag high.
